Process
1. Receive & Analyze
A successful project begins with consultation and agreement between the client and Graylinearch. The information gathered at this stage shapes the direction of the entire project.
2. Conceptualization
We develop design concepts and creative direction based on your requirements, sketching out preliminary options. You review and provide feedback so we can refine the ideas together.
3. Detailed Drawings
We complete detailed drawings based on the approved concept — covering architecture, structure, interior, and technical elements — and prepare a complete project profile ready for the construction phase.
4. Documents Submission
We prepare complete architectural, structural, electrical, and interior drawings, along with all required documentation to ensure feasibility, coordinating with engineers to optimize functionality and cost.
5. Supervision & Handover
We monitor and supervise construction progress to ensure compliance with the design, support in resolving issues as they arise, check quality, and hand over the completed project.
